4. SMS Messaging
By calling a business powered by AVOMA, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry or appointment. These messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, missed call follow-ups, and re-engagement messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity — typically 1–3 messages per interaction. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your information is stored securely in our CRM system hosted on PostgreSQL/Supabase infrastructure with encrypted connections. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is shared only with:
- The specific business you contacted (to fulfill your appointment or inquiry)
- Infrastructure providers necessary to operate our service (e.g., Twilio for SMS, Vapi for calls)
