These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by AVOMA and the SMS messaging program operated on behalf of local service businesses. By interacting with a business powered by AVOMA, you agree to these terms.

AVOMA operates an SMS messaging program on behalf of local service businesses. Messages sent through this program include:


2. How to Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS messages by calling a business powered by AVOMA and verbally consenting to receive a follow-up text message during the call. Consent is recorded in our system at the time of the call.


3. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number.

For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@callavoma.com. Opting out will not affect your appointment — please contact the business directly if you need to cancel or reschedule.


4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Typically 1–3 messages per appointment interaction. You will not receive unsolicited marketing messages.


5. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. AVOMA does not charge for SMS messages — standard carrier rates apply. Contact your carrier for details on your messaging plan.


6. Supported Carriers

Service is available on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability.


7. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used solely to fulfill your appointment and inquiry-related communications.


8. Limitation of Liability

AVOMA provides AI-assisted receptionist services on behalf of third-party businesses. We are not responsible for the actions, services, or representations of those businesses. Appointment booking facilitated through our system is subject to the business's own policies.


9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued interaction with services powered by AVOMA constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
